Who We’re Looking For:

We're searching for a high-energy, motivated, and detail-oriented individual who’s excited to learn new skills, serve clients professionally, and grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn air duct and dryer vent cleaning from the ground up

  • Interact professionally with residential and commercial clients

  • Climb ladders, access attics/crawl spaces, and work on roofs

  • Lift up to 50 lbs, stay active, and work in all types of weather

  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Communicate clearly and work well both independently and on a team

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid, clean driver’s license (Required)

  • Must be 21+ with reliable transportation

  • Comfortable with heights and tight spaces

  • Basic math skills (you’ll be calculating square footage)

  • HVAC knowledge or related experience is a plus, but not required—we train you!

  • One year of maintenance or HVAC experience is preferred
